Take one of the most exciting hardcore bands around from each side of the Atlantic,
hole them up in separate recording studios with a mission statement simply reading
"create what you love", use the same team who brought you Fordirelifesake’s debut
album and broke the band to a worldwide audience, and what do you have?
This CD.
Three tracks from each band will blend to create yet another fantastic release
from Skipworth Records. With artwork from Apt13, and mastering from Menno Bakker,
the bands have one of the best teams around working behind the release.
All they had to do was produce, and how they have done it!
It's Deluge's first release since Spot In The Shadow was released 3 years ago.
Their half of the CD is three tracks based around the concept of "Friendship
Falls With Ego". Incredible song writing full of melody and passion, definitely
heart-felt lyrics which I am sure people can associate with.
America's hardcore sensation Fordirelifesake have pulled out three more classic
technical hardcore punk rock tracks following up to their latest album
"Breathing In Is Only Half The Function". Once again their stuff really doesn't
sound like anything you can think of and I think you will be amazed
by their songs too!
The CD lands off the back of a hugely successful internet-only song release
orchestrated by Skipworth Records, with Deluge’s newest track "The Promise" having
clocked up tens-of-thousands of downloads! Both bands are currently blasting their
way around the world playing show after show. Now it is here. The blood, sweat and
tears of ten individuals all thrown into this masterpiece. This has surely become
a landmark release, showcasing two of the hottest hardcore prospects in the world.
